The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival menus are finally live, and the smartest way to use them is not to chase every booth. With a three-month run, 30 returning or reimagined anniversary items, and a cheese stroll that rewards five qualifying purchases, the festival is easier to enjoy when you pick a route and a purpose before you arrive.
What is confirmed: EPCOT Food & Wine runs August 27 through November 21, 2026. Disney has released the marketplace menus, including returning favorites, new items, 30 anniversary selections, Emile’s Fromage Montage, and the Cheers to Cheese exhibit dates.

The 2026 Food & Wine Window
The festival runs from August 27 to November 21. That long calendar gives visitors more flexibility than a short festival, but it also means the opening-weekend crowds and late-fall crowds can feel very different. Build the booth portion of your day around a few deliberate stops instead of treating every marketplace as a meal.
Start With the New and Anniversary Items
Disney is marking the festival’s 30th year with 30 dishes that have returned or been reimagined from earlier festivals. The new-menu standouts include basil pesto chicken dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy and a smoked brisket and cheddar melt at Hops & Barley. Returning favorites include pumpkin-mascarpone ravioli at Forest & Field and a grilled bushberry-spiced shrimp skewer in Australia.
That does not make every anniversary dish an automatic must-order. The better approach is to select one nostalgia item, one new savory item, and one sweet or drink stop that matches your group’s tastes. It leaves room for a regular EPCOT meal if booths get busy or the weather changes your plan.
Use the Cheese Stroll Only If It Fits Your Day
Emile’s Fromage Montage returns with qualifying cheese items marked in the Festival Passport. Purchase five and collect the stamps, then redeem the completed passport at Shimmering Sips for the included festival treat. It can be a fun family objective, but it is not a bargain if you are choosing food you would not otherwise want.
CommuniCore Hall will also host Cheers to Cheese from September 18 through November 8. Disney says the interactive exhibit includes the Cannoli Milk Shake, a cheese flight, and macaroni and cheese at The Wedge. Treat those dates as a planning detail if that is a priority, since the exhibit does not run for the festival’s entire length.
A Better Booth Route
Pick a World Showcase side, set a spending limit, and share dishes where practical. A group that tries to visit every booth usually spends more time in lines than enjoying EPCOT. Guests who want a calmer day can make Food & Wine a lunch or early-evening activity and keep attractions, shows, and indoor breaks as the rest of the itinerary.
