EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival will be one week shorter in 2027, running March 10 through May 31. The big pillars are returning—character topiaries, Outdoor Kitchens, gardens, and Garden Rocks concerts—but Disney is holding back the menus and performer lineup for later.
2027 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Dates and Length
Disney’s official Flower & Garden Festival announcement sets the event for March 10 through May 31, 2027. That is an 83-day season when both dates are counted.
The 2026 event ran March 4 through June 1, so the 2027 version begins six days later, ends one day earlier, and loses seven total days. The shift follows the Festival of the Arts extension through March 1, leaving just over a week for EPCOT to transition between events.
EPCOT Topiaries, Outdoor Kitchens, and Garden Rocks Return
Character topiaries, themed gardens, horticultural exhibits, and family activities remain at the center of the festival. Disney has not named the 2027 topiary lineup, so photos from prior years are useful examples—not confirmation of every display.
Outdoor Kitchens will serve garden-inspired food and drinks around the park. The official Foodie Guide is coming later, and no full menu or price list is available yet. That makes it too early to promise a returning dish or build an exact food budget.
The Garden Rocks Concert Series returns to America Gardens Theatre. Standby seating is included with EPCOT admission, while separately priced dining packages will provide guaranteed seating. Performers and the dining-package reservation date have not been announced.
How the Shorter 2027 Flower & Garden Festival Affects Trips
Anyone visiting in the first week of March should note the change. A trip that would have caught Flower & Garden in recent years may instead fall between festivals in 2027. Guests arriving March 1 can see the final Festival of the Arts day; Flower & Garden does not begin until March 10.
Memorial Day falls inside the final stretch, and May 31 is the closing date. If a specific concert performer or menu item matters, wait for the detailed schedules before choosing the EPCOT day. Disney has not explained the shorter run, so weather, horticultural timing, and other theories should not be treated as confirmed reasons.
How to Plan a 2027 EPCOT Flower & Garden Day

- Share Outdoor Kitchen portions if the goal is to sample more locations.
- Check concert showtimes before making a World Showcase dining reservation.

Until those pieces arrive, the most useful planning facts are the March 10–May 31 dates and the confirmed return of the festival’s core offerings.
