Disney World Lightning Lane prices rise sharply on reported early-October dates, with Magic Kingdom Multi Pass reaching $35 and Premier Pass reaching $399 per person. For a family of four, that is a $140 Multi Pass decision—or nearly $1,600 for Premier Pass—before tax.

Disney World Lightning Lane Multi Pass Prices for October 5

Inside the Magic reports the following October 5, 2026 Multi Pass prices. Exact prices appear in My Disney Experience and remain subject to change and availability.

ParkPer personFamily of four
Magic Kingdom$35$140
EPCOT$28$112
Hollywood Studios$29$116
Animal Kingdom$19$76

Disney’s official Lightning Lane guidance confirms that Multi Pass and Premier Pass prices vary by theme park and date. Single Pass prices vary by attraction and date.

Reported Lightning Lane Single Pass Prices Also Rise

The same October 5 report lists TRON Lightcycle / Run at $23, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at $22, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at $25, Avatar Flight of Passage at $18, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at $15 per person.

A Single Pass can be the cleaner purchase when one headliner matters more than a package of attractions. It can also become expensive quickly: four $25 Rise of the Resistance passes cost $100 before tax.

October Premier Pass Prices Push Family Totals Much Higher

ParkPer personFamily of four
Magic Kingdom$399$1,596
Hollywood Studios$339$1,356
EPCOT$229$916
Animal Kingdom$179$716

Premier Pass trades price for flexibility: one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane experience in one park without selecting arrival windows. It does not include park admission, and attraction availability can still change.

Higher Lightning Lane Prices Are Not a Crowd Guarantee

Dynamic pricing suggests Disney expects stronger demand than on the low-priced September dates used in the comparison. It does not prove a specific wait-time level. Weather, attraction downtime, party-night schedules, school breaks, and day-of guest behavior can all change the park experience.

Magic Kingdom also closes early to regular daytime guests on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party nights. Before paying more for line-skipping, confirm the operating hours and whether the day is a party date.

How to Decide Whether October Lightning Lane Is Worth It

  • Check the live price and available selections in My Disney Experience before purchasing.
  • Price the full group, not a single guest.
  • Compare Multi Pass with one targeted Single Pass if only one headliner is essential.
  • Use Early Theme Park Entry or a strong rope-drop plan before assuming a paid pass is required.
  • Read our Disney World Lightning Lane guide for the rules and park-by-park strategy.

Eligible Disney Resort and select hotel guests can purchase up to seven days before check-in for the length of stay, up to 14 days. Other eligible guests generally purchase three days ahead. Buying earlier improves selection options, but it does not turn a poor-value park plan into a good one.
