Cake Bake Shop’s 2026 Dinner with Santa Claus keeps the same headline prices as last year: $200 per adult and $150 per child. The number that matters, though, is the prepaid total after a mandatory 24% gratuity and tax.
Cake Bake Shop Dinner with Santa 2026 Dates and Prices
The official Cake Bake Shop event page lists four Tuesday evenings at Disney’s BoardWalk:
- November 24, 2026
- December 1, 2026
- December 8, 2026
- December 15, 2026
Adults are $200 each. Children age 12 and younger are $150 each. Those prices do not include tax or gratuity, and the event requires full, nonrefundable payment when the reservation is confirmed.
What This Disney BoardWalk Santa Dinner Includes
The evening combines a three-course meal with a family visit and professional photo with Santa Claus. The digital family photo is delivered through Disney PhotoPass, and each family receives a hot-chocolate-and-cookie kit to take home.

This is a third-party dining event on Walt Disney World property, not a Disney-operated character meal. Reservations are handled through Cake Bake Shop rather than the My Disney Experience dining system.
The $200 Santa Dinner Price Is Only the Starting Point
The mandatory 24% gratuity adds $48 to each adult price and $36 to each child price before tax. A family with two adults and two children starts at $700, then reaches $868 after the required gratuity—before tax.
That does not make the event a bad fit for every family, but it changes the comparison. The premium is paying for a small number of holiday dates, an elaborate BoardWalk setting, a full dinner, the Santa interaction, one professional family photo, and a take-home gift. It is not simply a $200 restaurant reservation.
How to Book Dinner with Santa at Cake Bake Shop
Use Cake Bake Shop’s event page to request a reservation, review the current menus, and confirm the final amount before paying. Because payment is nonrefundable, settle the date, party size, transportation plan, and any dietary questions first.
No theme-park ticket is required to visit Disney’s BoardWalk. Guests staying elsewhere should still allow time for parking or Walt Disney World transportation.
