The first four Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party dates of 2026 are now unavailable. Opening night on August 7 has sold out, joining August 11, 14, and 18 and closing the first two weeks of the event to new ticket buyers.
This is not a full-season sellout. August 21 was the next available party in the latest ticket snapshot, but anyone trying to replace an early-August date now has fewer low-price choices.

Which 2026 Halloween Party Dates Are Sold Out?
- August 7 — opening night
- August 11
- August 14
- August 18
- October 13
- October 31 — Halloween night
Six of the season’s 38 parties are unavailable. August 7 cost $159 for general admission and $149 for eligible Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members. The two $119 nights on August 11 and 14 disappeared earlier, showing that both event timing and price are driving demand.
What to Do If August 7 Was Your Target
First, do not build a replacement plan around August 11, 14, or 18; those nights are already gone too. August 21 and 23 were the next scheduled parties shown available at $139 in the source snapshot, followed by additional late-August dates.
Availability can change without much warning, so check Walt Disney World’s live ticket calendar before moving hotel dates or buying airfare. A party ticket is separate from standard park admission and is tied to the selected event night.
If You Already Have an Opening-Night Ticket
A sellout means you should plan for a busy party, especially around the first parade, character greetings, and limited-time entertainment. It does not mean every attraction will have a long wait all evening, but the event-exclusive offerings usually concentrate the largest crowds.
Choose two or three party-only priorities before you arrive. Guests can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m., while the event runs until midnight, so using the pre-party window for dinner or regular attractions protects more of the paid event time.
Party Nights Also Affect Regular Magic Kingdom Visits
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event. Magic Kingdom closes early to day guests on party nights, which can shorten a regular park day even if you have no interest in the Halloween event.
The tradeoff is that party dates can draw lighter daytime crowds because some visitors avoid the shorter schedule. A park-hopper can use that pattern by visiting Magic Kingdom earlier and moving to another park before the party begins.
What Remains Available
Most August, September, and October dates remained on sale in the latest snapshot. Prices increase across the season, and the remaining late-October nights reach as high as $224. Eligible Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can save $10 on select dates through October 2.
Disney can sell out another night at any time. Treat the current calendar as a live inventory check, not a promise that a date will still be there after the rest of your trip is booked.
