The early purchase window opened July 9 for guests staying at eligible Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green. General sales begin July 16.
Children ages 3 to 9 save $10 per ticket. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members also have savings on select dates, but the best date for a family still depends on the base price, school schedule, and how close the night is to Christmas.

The Planning Catch
The cheapest nights are not always the easiest nights to use. Earlier November dates can be better for price, but they may not line up with a longer holiday trip. The final December dates are the most expensive, and they are also the ones many Christmas-week travelers will naturally want.
