New Restaurants, New Snacks

Disney Springs is home to two new restaurants, eet and Summerhouse on the Lake, and they’re serving up some delicious new snacks. At eet, which is an Indian food quick service restaurant, we recommend the Tandoori Chicken Poutine, a perfectly cheesy and flavorful dish that’s great for sharing. At Summerhouse on the Lake, the Potato Salad Deviled Eggs and Ai Tuna Tostadas are must-try starters, with fresh and bright flavors that will satisfy even the most adventurous palates.

New Sweet Treat Destinations

The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers is opening at the Boardwalk in 2024, and we can’t wait to try their famous Earl’s Court Chocolate Cake. This three-layer cake is made with French chocolate cake, Belgian chocolate ganache, and melted cream, and it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. And while we’re sad that the Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs kiosk didn’t open as expected in 2023, we’re excited to try their Pickle Dog and Mexican Street Corn Dog when it finally opens in 2024.

Breakfast Snacks

Start your day off right with some breakfast snacks! The Pancake Sandwich from Animal Kingdom is a unique and filling option, with sausage, guava paste, egg, and cheese stuffed inside a thick pancake-like biscuit. And the Breakfast Tatos, available at multiple Quick Service locations, are a delicious and hearty option, loaded with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, sausage, gravy, and bacon.

Boozy Treats

If you’re 21 or over, you won’t want to miss out on these boozy treats. At Wather’s in the Germany Pavilion, the Warther’s Original Caramel Flight is a must-try, with four homemade caramels infused with pear, Bourbon, Amaretto, and Irish Cream. And at the Ice Cream Martini Bar in France Pavilion, the Ice Cream Martini is a decadent treat, with your choice of two creamy scoops of ice cream or sorbet topped off with rum, vodka, or Grand Marnier.

Unique and Delicious Snacks

If you’re looking for unique and delicious snacks, look no further than Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew in Disney Springs. This gourmet donut shop offers a variety of flavors, including mint chocolate chip, holiday donuts, and Taylor Swift-inspired donuts. And if you’re more of a cookie cake person, Gideon’s Bakehouse has you covered with their limited edition cookie and cake offerings, which switch up every month.

Dole Whip Flights

Dole Whip is a classic Disney World snack, and Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs offers Dole Whip flights with three different samples based on their current flavor offerings. You can try the Dole Whip with pineapple and vanilla, or switch it up with seasonal flavors like watermelon, lime, and pistachio.

Salt and Straw Ice Cream

If you’re a fan of unique and strange ice cream flavors, you’ll love Salt and Straw in Disney Springs. This ice cream shop offers seasonal flavors like jun’s exquisito guanabana strella, chocolate potato salad, and Hocus Pocus-themed ice cream. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can try their infamous October flavor, Don Bito creepy crawly Critters, made with matcha ice cream, coconut candied meal worms, and chocolate-covered crickets.

Snacks for Kids and Adults

Disney World has plenty of snacks for kids and adults alike. For kids, we recommend the Wookie Cookie at Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios, a giant oatmeal cream pie with a chocolate piece made to look like Chewbacca’s stash. And for adults, the Lunchbox Tarts at Woody’s Lunchbox in Hollywood Studios are a fancy version of a Pop-Tart, with flavors like raspberry and chocolate hazelnut.

Shareable Snacks

If you’re looking for snacks that are easy to share with your group, Animal Kingdom has plenty of options. Flame Tree Barbecue’s french fries topped with pulled pork and cheese are a filling and delicious option, while Nomad Lounge’s churros with dipping sauces are a perfect snack for sharing. And at Sanaa Lounge in Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Indian-style bread service with five different breads and nine accompaniments is a delicious and customizable option for your group.

Boozy Treats, Round 2

If you’re 21 or older, there are plenty of boozy treats to enjoy at Disney World. In addition to the Warther’s Original Caramel Flight and Ice Cream Martini we mentioned earlier, you can try the Frozen Elephant at the Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Victoria Falls Lounge, a frozen cocktail made with Amarula Cream Liqueur, ice cream, and Coca-Cola. And at the Polynesian Village Resort’s Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, the HippopotoMai-Tai is a must-try, with Bacardi Superior Rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, and a float of dark rum.

We hope this list of top snack recommendations for Disney World in 2024 has inspired you to try some new and delicious treats on your next trip. With so many delicious and unique snacks to choose from, Disney World is truly a snack lover’s paradise.
