At Disney World, there is almost always something going on. There are so many things you can do, like plan a new ride, add something new to your hotel, or try something new.
Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana at EPCOT is something that has been in the works for a while. The World Nature neighborhood will get this new thing later this year.
Now, Disney has shared even more information about the new attraction.
What’s New in Journey of Water
Disney has shown what the logo will look like for Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana. We saw the logo because Scott Gustin sent out a tweet about it.

Here’s a closer look:
Gustin says that Disney also gave a second look at the attraction. Te Fiti is visible.
We not only have these new pictures, but Disney has also updated the attraction’s web page with some new information. We now know that the attraction will have both wet and dry paths, so you can choose whether or not you want to stay dry.
Rest assured, the website consistently reinforces the exciting news that the park’s grand opening is scheduled for late 2023. The palpable progress witnessed at the attraction in recent times serves as a testament to the commitment and dedication put forth by its creators. As we eagerly anticipate this momentous occasion, we assure you that once an official opening date is announced, we will promptly notify you so that you can mark your calendars and be among the first to experience all the wonders this park has to offer.
