Friends, have a happy Fourth of July!
The most patriotic of holidays has returned, and we from Walt Disney World are so happy to be here to celebrate it with you!
On July 3rd, we were reporting live from the Magic Kingdom and broadcasting the star-studded nighttime fireworks display and celebrations on our social media channels for everyone to enjoy.
However, the patriotic celebration didn’t end after the fireworks were finished. Even after leaving the park, we were still completely mesmerized by the festive touches, one of which came from the Walt Disney World Monorail system.
Here, at the Disney Transportation and Ticketing Center, visitors parking their vehicles to take a ferry boat or monorail transfer to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.
We are thrilled to see that magnificent patriotic decorations are still present here, illuminating the way for guests still in that celebratory mood despite it being late at night and not much else going on but onward travels!
Above, you can see that an LED light strip that alternates between red, white, and blue is under-illuminating this stylish and recently renovated Monorail sign. Perfect for the Fourth of July!
We are still amazed to see fun touches of red, white, and blue at every turn during our Disney day out, even though this décor may not be quite as regal as the trimmings installed throughout the Magic Kingdom itself.
We are excited to see what other exciting experiences the resort has in store for us, especially since today is the actual Fourth of July!
We were thrilled to see that the monorails themselves were also speeding past with stylish, celebratory lighting underneath in addition to the illuminated signage surrounding the TTC.
You can see Monorail Red lit up in red in the image above, then blue in the picture below!
A Disney monorail is always the most stylish way to travel, don’t you think?
